It's Banned Books Week at the BAA library!

Every year, at the beginning of the school year, we want to bring awareness to book challenges and books that have been banned in libraries and schools around the country. Libraries are public institutions that are dedicated to creating access to all sorts of materials from all sorts of perspectives.

We fight challenges (or requests to remove a book from a library) in the name of your freedom to read what you want!

Take a look at the information all around the library and
stop by to check out a book that is banned in a different part of the USA today!
